JLL Capital Markets has announced the sale of Chicago’s premier Tesla Sales, Service and Delivery Center located at 1000 Skokie Blvd in Northbrook, Illinois. This state-of-the-art build-to-suit facility was recently developed for Tesla.
The seller, a joint venture between Focus and Fort Union, enlisted JLL to assist with the sale to Kingsbarn Realty Capital. The JLL Investment Sales and Advisory team was led by Senior Managing Director Alex Sharrin and Josh Katlin.
This property spans over 47,997 square feet and is currently the only custom-built sales center for Tesla in the Chicagoland area. It serves as a flagship retail showroom for several locations throughout Chicago’s northern suburbs while also providing new vehicle delivery services along with maintenance support.
