"Refinancing of Newly-Constructed Warehouses in Denton by Billingsley"

Billingsley Co. secured a $62.4 million loan from Allianz Life Insurance for the Denton Distribution Center, a recently constructed industrial campus spanning almost 900,000 square feet in Denton. This fixed-rate note replaces the previous construction debt of $61.4 million from Frost Bank.

JLL acted on behalf of the borrower, with Campbell Roche and Kristi Leonard leading the Debt Advisory team alongside Jordan Buck and Aaron Craig.

Located at 3333 W University Drive in Denton, this project consists of two fully leased buildings totaling 899,770 square feet. Among its five tenants are St Charles Trading Inc., Interlake Mecalux and others who occupy spaces ranging from 60,000 to over 250,000 square feet.

With this recent addition to their portfolio in DFW’s industrial market sector , Billingsley now boasts a total of approximately6 .2 million square feet under management.
