HYM Investment Group has appointed BLACKLINE Retail Group as the exclusive leasing agent for the restaurant and retail elements of Beachmont Square, a development at Suffolk Downs in Revere, Massachusetts. Located next to MBTA’s Beachmont Blue Line Station, this project will feature over 1,500 luxury residential units with 325,000 square feet of lab/office space and 85,000 square feet of retail space. It will also include a 159-key hotel along with an outdoor amphitheater and plaza. The first residential building Amaya is under construction set to open in 2024 comprising 475 apartments and 24,000 square feet of retail space.
