HYM Investment Group has appointed BLACKLINE Retail Group as the exclusive leasing agent for the restaurant and retail elements of Beachmont Square, a development of Suffolk Downs in Revere, Massachusetts. Located next to the MBTA Beachmont Blue Line Station, this project is set to feature over 1,500 luxury residential units, 325,000 square feet of lab/office space and 85,000 square feet of retail space along with a 159-key hotel and an outdoor amphitheater. The first residential building Amaya is under construction with 475 apartments and 24K sq ft.of retail space slated for completion in 2024.
