KLNB, a commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Mid-Atlantic region, recently announced that Principal Scott Rabin played a key role in securing a new tenant for Daata Partners in Northern Virginia.
The lease was secured on behalf of Daata Partners by KLNB and the tenant, CVC Distribution – a regional cabinet distributor – will be occupying 34,567 square feet at 3931 Avion Park Court in Chantilly. This marks CVC’s first location within the DC area.
Rabin commented on the successful partnership between KLNB and Daata Partners: “Our longstanding relationship with Daata Partners is an excellent example of how we cultivate partnerships at KLNB. Their trust in our expertise and understanding of the market is why they continue to rely on us to secure high-quality tenants who become long-term occupants.”
Daata Partners has been working with KLNB for over 25 years and has collaborated closely with Rabin on various transactions involving properties located throughout Virginia and Maryland.
