The transaction was closed by Brian Vanosky (principal), Michael O’Leary (Executive Vice President), and Dylan Maher (Senior Vice President) of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office on behalf of the owner, Cabot Properties. Ken Franzese and John Cassidy (principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois) along with Jim Martin from Lee & Associates Central Valley represented the tenant, Bossard.
