"Vita Coco Leases Headquarters at Historic Flatiron District Property"

Vita Coco, a publicly traded American beverage company and the leading global brand in coconut/plant waters, has recently signed a lease for 22,530 square feet of office space at 111 Fifth Ave. This boutique office building is located in the Flatiron District near Union Square and will serve as Vita Coco’s new corporate headquarters.

CBRE’s Jason Frazier and Jesse de la Rama were responsible for negotiating the lease on behalf of Vita Coco. According to Frazier, “As an international brand with a stellar reputation, it was important for Vita Coco to have high-quality headquarters that matched their image.” He also expressed pride in partnering with them to secure this new space which allows them room for growth and an upgrade from their previous location at 250 Park Ave. South.

Built in 1895, 111 Fifth Ave is a landmarked neoclassical cast-iron building situated on the north side of East 18th Street. The property consists of thirteen stories and is owned by The Winter Organization.

This move marks another milestone for Vita Coco as they continue to expand their presence globally while maintaining strong roots within one of New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods.
