Lyrik, the newest development from Samuels & Associates, has officially opened in Boston. This groundbreaking project is the first air rights development to be built in decades and features a variety of retail and hospitality offerings.
The first retail tenant to open at Lyrik is Rivian automotive showroom, followed by a 399-key hotel called citizenM. Later this fall, CarGurus will become the anchor office tenant for this innovative space according to reports from the Boston Business Journal.
With over 400,000 square feet of office and lab space available at Lyrik, it currently ranks as one of Massachusetts’ top five largest construction projects based on recent research conducted by The Business Journal.
