Worthington Bank has announced plans to construct a new eight-story tower and establish their headquarters at the intersection of I-30 and Walsh Ranch Parkway in Fort Worth. This development will be part of the 7,500-acre master-planned community known as Walsh.
The estimated cost for this project is $55 million, with construction expected to take approximately three years. The bank will occupy two floors in the building, leaving space available for other businesses. Leasing efforts will be led by Vic Meyer and Jake Neal from Holt Lunsford Commercial.
According to reports from Dallas Business Journal, if all goes well with this first tower, Worthington Bank may consider constructing another eight-story tower on the southern end of the property with a parking garage situated between both structures.
Currently operating locations in Fort Worth (2), Colleyville (1), Denton (1) and Arlington (1), Worthington Bank’s current headquarters is located downtown at 500 Main St., across from Sundance Square.
