Agora Realty and Management (Agora) has recently finished construction on a 42,000-square-foot medical office building in the heart of NLV Gateway, a downtown redevelopment project. This marks the first new office building of its size to be built in downtown N. Las Vegas since 1973.
NLV Gateway is a 29-acre mixed-use commercial district located east of I-15 along Lake Mead Boulevard and north along Las Vegas Boulevard. Agora has invested over $200 million into this development, which will include 200,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, as well as 125,000 square feet for offices and medical offices. The project also includes significant public spaces.
The remaining construction for NLV Gateway is expected to be completed by 2026.
In addition to their work on NLV Gateway, Agora is also leading the development of Hylo Park – a mixed-use project covering approximately73 acres at the southwest and northwest corners of Rancho Road and Lake Mead Boulevard.
