Mill Creek Residential is expanding the already thriving Gabriela Pointe Commerce Center in Gilbert, with plans to develop a 13-acre site. This new addition will include apartments, restaurants, and retail spaces near the intersection of Higley and Elona Drive.
According to reports from the Phoenix Business Journal, Mill Creek Residential envisions five main residential buildings along with two carriage units and surface parking. The westernmost apartment building on site will also feature a fitness center, coffee shop, and leasing office. Final details such as total commercial space available for lease, number of apartment units offered for rent,and building heights are still being determined.
The project team responsible for this development includes Kephart as the architect; Colliers Engineering & Design serving as civil engineer;and Burch & Cracchiolo handling zoning and entitlements legal matters.Michelon Family AZ Land currently owns the land where this expansion is taking place.
