"First Sale in Over 50 Years: Brookline Mixed-Use Property"

Todd Glaskin and Gregg Leppo, both from Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty, teamed up with Jayne Friedberg of Coldwell Banker Realty Brookline to represent the seller in the sale of a highly sought-after mixed-use property at 43-45 Harvard Street in Brookline Village. The property was purchased by Harvard Linden LLC for $3.92 million as a long-term investment.

Situated on a prime corner at the entrance to Brookline Village from Coolidge Corner, this 6,553 square-foot building on 0.07 acres is strategically located just steps away from major transportation hubs such as MBTA Green Line and renowned institutions like Longwood Medical Area and Boston Children’s Hospital. This makes it one of Greater Boston’s most desirable locations.

According to Glaskin, “This landmark generational investment property had not been offered for sale in over five decades.” He further added that “Brookline Village is an extremely coveted location due to its close proximity to major universities and public transportation options like Longwood Medical Area.” The unique opportunity attracted interest from local investors as well as those nationally and overseas who were looking for value-add opportunities.
