GBT Realty Corporation is currently developing Providence Marketplace – an 8.75-acre grocery-anchored shopping center located at US Highway 380 and Main Street in Providence Village. The neighborhood retail center spans over 33,700 square feet and is anchored by a Sprouts Farmers Market spanning over 23,300 square feet.

Stonepeak has acquired two logistics assets totaling 1.1 million square feet from institutional investors advised by J.P Morgan Asset Management in Fort Worth’s Alliance submarket within Dallas-Fort Worth area. This submarket boasts two Class I rail lines – BNSF Alliance intermodal terminal and Fort Worth Alliance cargo airport – both with direct access to the I-35 “NAFTA highway” connecting Mexico to Canada.

According to Zumper’s Dallas Metro reports for August this year , one-bedroom units saw a price increase of about $40 (2%) reaching $1,410 while two-bedroom units increased by approximately $41 (2%) reaching $1,990 on average across all cities included within the report . Coppell ranked as the most expensive city with one-bedrooms priced at an average rate of $1660 while Haltom City was found to be most affordable with one-bedrooms averaging around$1010 per month .

Hoar Construction recently topped out Icon – a luxury apartment tower situated near The University Of Texas At Austin’s West Campus neighborhood which stands tall at thirty stories high . Hoar served as general contractor alongside developer MDL Development on this project that broke ground back March last year and is expected to be completed by summer 2025. Icon will offer a total of 555 beds across its 216 apartments which range from one- to five-bedroom units.
