Klabin Company/CORFAC International recently completed three leases in Torrance with All Access Staging & Productions, a leading company in the live entertainment industry. Two of the leases were with Rexford Industrial, while the third was with Storm Properties.
In one transaction, Matt Stringfellow and Courtney Bell from Klabin represented Rexford in finalizing a 61-month lease renewal for their industrial building at 1300 Storm Pkwy. In another deal within the same business park, All Access signed a 61-month renewal for their space at 1320-1330 Storm Pkwy., also owned by Rexford.
Additionally, as part of its expansion plans, All Access committed to a new lease at an industrial building owned by Storm Properties located at 23223 Normandie Ave. The space spans over 41,936 square feet and includes offices totaling to approximately7 ,330 square feet along with ample parking space for up to155 vehicles.
Stringfellow and Bell represented both landlords -Rexford and Strom -in completing all three transactions while CBRE’s Dave Stromath acted on behalf of All Access during negotiations.
