Conscience Bay Company (CBC), a real estate investment and development firm based in Boulder, has recently acquired Industry Denver for $19 million. The building, located at 3001 Brighton Blvd, will now be known as ‘Fabrica RiNo’.
The property was purchased from Clarion Partners after they defaulted on two loans valued at $28.67 million. According to the Denver Business Journal, CBRE represented the seller while Conscience Bay Company did not have representation.
Originally built in the 1940s as a cold storage warehouse and later used as a food market for the city of Denver, construction began in 2013 to repurpose it into modern commercial space. This building was one of the first major office developments within RiNo Art District.
With private offices, common areas and turnkey spaces ranging from 500 to 12,000 square feet available for use,Fabrica RiNo is currently home to over twenty companies including Core Power Yoga,Snooze,and Will Call.The entire complex spans nearly four acres with both office and common spaces available for use by tenants.
