The Carroll Companies is making progress on a $210 million construction project in Greensboro, which will include 480 apartments and 280 townhomes. The development will be situated on over 62 acres of land at the intersection of Isaacson and Horse Pen Creek roads, with an address of 2000 and 2014 Fleming Road. Known as The Madison, phase one is expected to begin in summer of 2025 and be completed by summer of 2027. Plans for the community include a clubhouse near the apartment units, a maintenance building, and additional amenities.
According to reports from Triad Business Journal , The Carroll Companies acquired this property from Zimmer Development Co., based in Wilmington for $5.6 million in fall of 2022.
In addition to this project, Carroll has recently opened Car Caves – offering luxury car storage options with its location at1016 Battleground Ave., next door to Bee Safe Storage (another property owned by Carroll).
