Freudenheim Partners successfully facilitated the relocation of Social Innovation Forum to their new office at 77 Franklin St. in downtown Boston. The nonprofit, which connects funders and nonprofits focused on creating social change in Eastern Massachusetts, secured a 5,500-square-foot space on the ninth floor of the property.
The search and negotiation process for this tenant was led by EVPs Chris Rogers and Ellie Cullinan from Freudenheim Partners. AW Perry’s Jake Golden, Jon Gifford, and Jeremy Hood represented ownership during negotiations. Originally built in 1912 as headquarters for Columbian National Life Insurance Company, 77 Franklin offers a historic yet functional space.
“We are grateful to have been able to assist Social Innovation Forum with their search,” said Rogers. “It was truly a team effort to find an affordable space that meets both practical needs and presents well.” This new location at 77 Franklin provides enhanced facilities for Social Innovation Forum as well as strategic proximity within its community.
