In a major industrial lease deal of the year in the region, The Boeing Company has secured over 1 million square feet of space to expand its presence in South Sound. This news was reported by Puget Sound Business Journal.
The company will occupy the first phase of Bridge Point I-5, a development spanning more than seven acres in Milton. With an area of 1.03 million square feet, this building is almost equivalent to Boeing’s Renton factory where commercial jets are manufactured.
Bridge Industrial, the developer for this project, plans to complete the second phase – a 478,542-square-foot building – by end of this year and deliver two additional buildings totaling approximately 457
