DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International Principal Ed Wabick and Vice President Terry Lynch recently facilitated the sale of a 14,000-square-foot building and 3.35 acres of industrial outdoor storage in Chicago’s Stockyards neighborhood. The property, located at 4150 S. Packers Ave, was sold to Midwest Trailer Repair.

According to Lynch, finding industrial outdoor storage within the city limits is a rare opportunity. He adds that this location already has entitlements in place for operation, making it an ideal choice for the buyer who plans to expand their business.

The site boasts a prime location close to downtown Chicago and with easy access to major highways such as I-55 and I-90. It is also situated within an Enterprise Zone and zoned for industrial use.

Representing the buyer in this transaction was Humberto Garcia from Realty at Home.

This recent sale by DarwinPW Realty highlights their expertise in representing sellers within Chicago’s Stockyards neighborhood. With Principal Ed Wabick leading the way alongside Vice President Terry Lynch, they successfully negotiated on behalf of Stockyard Bricks for their property consisting of a 14,000-square-foot building plus additional land measuring up at approximately 3 .35 acres which were purchased by Midwest Trailer Repair.

Lynch commented on how difficult it can be finding suitable locations like these that offer both indoor space along with outdoor storage facilities all under one roof – especially when searching specifically within city boundaries; however he believes securing this particular site will prove highly beneficial given its existing entitlements allowing immediate operation upon takeover – something not always guaranteed when purchasing similar properties elsewhere!

Situated just minutes away from both Interstate Highways (I-55 & I-90) as well as being conveniently positioned near central downtown areas makes it even more appealing whilst still remaining inside designated Industrial Zones too! In addition there are further benefits associated due its placement being part Enterprise Zone status providing extra incentives towards industrial usage.
