Zynga, a leader in interactive entertainment on a global scale, has signed a long-term lease for 14,000 square feet of office space at Cumberland Centre in Chicago. The company is expanding from its previous location of 12,448 square feet in another nearby single-story office complex.
Represented by Jim Rose of JLL , Zynga is known for popular social games like FarmVille and Words With Friends. NAI Hiffman’s Wurtz and Jack Reardon represented Integris Ventures during the lease transaction.
Cumberland Centre recently underwent significant renovations and is now a three-story modern office building located in the heart of O’Hare submarket. David Tomlinson, managing director at Integris Ventures which owns Cumberland Centre stated that they are excited to welcome Zynga as their new tenant due to the property’s prime location and top-notch amenities that provide an exceptional experience for tenants.
