Hillwood is expanding its presence in far north Fort Worth with two new projects that will add a total of 634 apartment units to the area. The first project, located within Alliance Town Center, will include 308 residential units as part of the fifth phase of development for this 900-acre community and retail center. This project is expected to feature 9,145 square feet of amenity space.
Construction for this project is set to begin in December and be completed by October 2026. Its address has been listed as 3400 Alliance Town Center in Fort Worth.
In addition to this development, Hillwood has also registered plans for another residential complex on the northeast corner of Beach Street and SH170 near Keller.
