Manhattan Skyline Management Corp has recently secured a lease with popular steakhouse chain Medium Rare for their first New York City location. The new restaurant will be located at 488 Third Ave in the Murray Hill neighborhood, situated at the base of Manhattan Skyline’s luxury apartment building, Murray Hill Manor. Spanning 2,000 square feet, this storefront will serve as Medium Rare’s newest dining destination.
According to Joshua Roth, Senior Vice President of Retail at Manhattan Skyline Management Corp., “Medium Rare will fulfill a strong demand among residents and visitors in Murray Hill for fresh and high-quality cuisine in an inviting atmosphere.” Roth represented Manhattan Skyline during the negotiation process for this long-term lease agreement while Cosmo Montemurro from Murro Realty represented Medium Rare.
Founded in 2011, Medium Rare currently operates seven locations across the Mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions of the United States. Along with their debut on Third Ave., two more steakhouses are set to open soon – one in Philadelphia and another one in Watertown MA – as part of their expansion into Northeast markets. This exciting news marks yet another milestone for both parties involved and is sure to bring delicious food options to those living or working near Murray Hill Manor.
