"Crescent College Opens New 66,000-Square-Foot Facility in Michigan"

OPEN Impact Real Estate (OPEN), a commercial real estate company owned by a woman, has announced that Crescent College and Career Preparatory Academy has signed a lease for the entire 66,000-square-foot facility known as Lahser Center II in Southfield, Michigan. This move will allow Crescent to upgrade its programs and have access to modern educational space.

The transaction was facilitated by Jake Cinti, Stephen Powers, and Lindsay Ornstein of OPEN along with Charles Howard of Transwestern who represented Crescent College and Career Preparatory Academy. The landlord was represented by Matthew Schiffman of PA Commercial on behalf of Lahser Southfield LLC (also known as Foster Financial Company Inc.).

Crescent College and Career Preparatory Academy will be relocating from their current location at 26555 Franklin Rd. This lease is significant as it is one of the largest in Metro Detroit this year. Cinti expressed excitement about securing an efficient facility that will positively impact Crescent’s growth: “We are delighted to have played a part in obtaining such an innovative space for Crescent College and Career Preparatory Academy.”
