The City of Doral has granted approval for MG Developer’s latest project, Doral Parc: Midtown Doral Phase IV, V & VI. This mixed-use development will consist of three 10-story buildings and a total of 552 units. Along with the residential units, there will be 22,740 square feet of retail space spread throughout two new parking garages. The joint venture between MG Developer and Ernesto De Lucas is set to bring a vibrant addition to the community.
Located on NW 107th Avenue between NW 86th Street and NW90th Street, Doral Parc will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed by Pascual Perez Kiliddjian & Star architectural firm. Construction is expected to begin in the second quarter of2025.
