Regis Homes in the Bay Area: Townhomes Sold Out, Seeking Additional Sites

Regis Homes Bay Area, LLC (RHBA), a subsidiary of Sares Regis Group of Northern California (SRGNC), has announced that all 15 homes at Village Walk in Belmont have been sold. The townhomes, designed in the Craftsman style, were highly sought after by homebuyers and their success has prompted SRGNC to pursue similar projects on the Peninsula. This will involve partnering with property owners to redevelop outdated buildings and unused land.

Jeff Smith, director of development for RHBA expressed his excitement about the positive response from homebuyers: “We are thrilled with the reception our Village Walk community received. Our goal is always to add value to the community and we are proud that Village Walk contributes positively to Belmont’s physical, recreational and economic landscape.”

Smith also mentioned their ongoing efforts to provide much-needed housing options on the Peninsula: “We are constantly searching for opportunities up and down this region. In fact, we have successfully completed over a dozen projects in just 10 years along El Camino corridor alone which aligns with our commitment towards realizing Grand Boulevard Initiative.”
