"Goodyear Welcomes Sub-Zero's Second Major Plant Opening"

Sub-Zero has recently completed the construction of another manufacturing facility in Goodyear. The new plant, spanning 600,000 square feet and costing $118 million to build, opened its doors not long ago. Developed by ViaWest Group and built by Willmeng, the 36-acre property is situated at Camelback Road and Cotton Lane in Goodyear.

According to a report from the Phoenix Business Journal, this marks Sub-Zero’s second location in Goodyear since their initial expansion into the West Valley city back in 2011 as one of PV 303 industrial corridor’s first manufacturers. Today, this area is home to numerous employers. In addition to their first plant here five years ago which spanned over an impressive 240,000 square feet of space.

The latest expansion at Sub-Zero’s second location will bring about significant growth for both themselves and for Goodyear with plans set out for creating a minimum of143 jobs over five years with average annual wages reaching $52k per year during that time frame alone! With investments totaling up to $220 million across both locations within West Valley itself!

Headquartered out Madison Wisconsin; Sub-Zero Group specializes primarily on producing high-end kitchen appliances along with Wolf & Cove products among other things.
