"CO Campus Development Approved for Sterling Bay"

Sterling Bay has officially received the go-ahead for its ambitious plan to develop Redtail Ridge, a cutting-edge innovation district in Louisville, Colorado. This expansive project will revitalize a 475-acre plot of land and transform it into a dynamic mixed-use campus featuring life sciences facilities, research & development spaces, manufacturing plants, industrial buildings, offices and retail establishments.

Located along the US 36 corridor in Boulder County and set to be anchored by AdventHealth Avista Hospital’s new location under contract. Once completed, Redtail Ridge is expected to generate an impressive $4.9 billion in annual economic activity while also boasting over 139 acres of public parks and dedicated open space. The commercial area alone will span an impressive 2.54 million square feet.

According to Sterling Bay CEO Andy Gloor: “Redtail Ridge is not only poised to become the premier destination for innovation and life sciences but also one of Colorado’s most sustainable campuses thanks to its significant renewable energy production capabilities as well as its dedication towards preserving over 139 acres of open space through public parks and trails.”
