"White Plains Mall Conversion Project Completed by Development Team for $650M"

Top executives from the Cappelli Organization, RXR and Korman Communities came together with officials from Westchester County and the City of White Plains to celebrate a major milestone in the development of AVE Hamilton Green. This $650 million project involves transforming the former site of White Plains Mall into a mixed-use residential community.

According to Louis R. Cappelli, President of the Cappelli Organization, their team takes great pride in building these new residential towers which will bring new opportunities for hundreds of residents and revitalize downtown White Plains. The location is ideal as it is only three blocks away from the recently renovated Metro-North Train Station and one block away from downtown CBD.

AVE Hamilton Green consists of four multifamily buildings with a total of 860 rental units including 78 affordable units on-site. It also features open green spaces for residents to enjoy as well as various dining, retail, and commercial options within walking distance. The project is expected to be completed in phases by 2024-2025.
