Ryan Mitchell Appointed Director of Interior Construction by St. John Properties

St. John Properties, a private commercial real estate company, has appointed Ryan Mitchell as Director of Interior Construction for the Virginia and Central Maryland division. With over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction, Mitchell previously served in project management roles for The Wormald Companies, NVR Inc., and H&H Drywall Specialties.
In his new role at St. John Properties’ portfolio in the region he will supervise all tenant build-out activities to meet move-in deadlines by managing both their own project managers and field staff along with third party subcontractors.
