Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners has unveiled Memoir Residential, a collection of multifamily residential properties. The first community, combining hospitality and design expertise with flexible leasing options, will open fall 2023 in Portland, OR. Other communities are planned for Nashville TN , New Orleans LA , Austin TX , and Miami FL .
Studio apartments as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts will be available. Leasing options include fully furnished residences for 15-day minimums or unfurnished residences for traditional longer-term stays.
Anil Bhagat, managing director of Memoir Residential states: “Memoir is AJ Capital’s first branded multifamily residential platform; we are taking the same approach used in our hotels mixed-used communities & entertainment venues – leading with hospitality minded principles & history.” He adds that their goal is to craft intentional spaces people want to spend time in while also blending into the existing fabric of a neighborhood.
Amenities at these locations include food & beverage programming; entertaining areas; swimming pools; fitness studios ; bicycle storage ; pet grooming stations ; co -working spaces .
