Investors Capital Group Acquires Multifamily Property in Omaha

Investors Capital Group (ICG), a company specializing in multifamily investments, has recently purchased the 1501 Jackson Apartments. This property is a midrise building with 72 units located in Omaha, Nebraska. The acquisition of this property marks the fifth and final addition to ICG’s Apartment Fund 8.

The transaction was brokered by Scott Koethe from The Mogharebi Group. Situated in downtown Omaha, the property offers various amenities such as a clubhouse, fitness center, community deck and secured garage. Mick Halpin, Principal and Managing Member at ICG expressed excitement about investing in another apartment community in Nebraska that offers residents easy access to all that downtown Omaha has to offer.

With its prime location near public transportation options and major developments like the newly completed $325 million Gene Leahy Mall and Mutual of Omaha Headquarters Tower (the tallest building within six states), it is clear why ICG chose this particular property for their portfolio.
