Harlem Portfolio Receives Fannie Mae DUS Refinancing through Greystone

Greystone, through managing director Avi Kozlowski, has secured a total of $21,503,000 in Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing (DUS) loans to refinance two multifamily properties located in Northern Manhattan’s Harlem neighborhood. The financing was done on behalf of Josef Goodman from Haussman Development.

The portfolio consists of non-recourse and fixed-rate loans with a five-year term and 30-year amortization schedule. For the first two years of the term, interest-only payments will be made. The portfolio includes:

– $11,379,000 for The Duke at 521 W. 134th St., which is a midrise apartment building with 28 units.
