"Midtown's Film Center Welcomes Two New Office Tenants Signed by GFP"

GFP Real Estate, LLC has recently secured two leases at 630 Ninth Ave., also known as The Film Center Building. These leases total 6,721 square feet and were facilitated by Matthew Mandell of GFP who represented the ownership in both deals.

In the first transaction, Encore Community Services signed a new six-year lease for 5,521 square feet. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to providing supportive services to older adults in the Clinton/Times Square/Midtown communities. Nicola Heryet from Avison Young represented Encore Community Services as their tenant representative. They have relocated from their previous location at 220 West 49th St.

The second transaction involved M.Chetrit Consulting Engineers PC signing a long-term lease extension for their current office space of 1,200 square feet within The Film Center Building. Mandell acted on behalf of M.Chetrit during this process and they have been tenants since moving into the building back in2015.

Overall,GFP’s successful leasing efforts demonstrate its ability to attract diverse and reputable tenants to Midtown’s bustling Film Center area.
