Denholtz Properties has announced the hiring of Derek Janney as Multifamily Regional Manager for its southeastern multifamily portfolio. Based in Charlotte, NC, Janney brings 10 years of experience in proactive community management to his new role. He will leverage his expertise to streamline property management operations and efficiently onboard and lease-up new acquisitions across the company’s southeastern multifamily portfolio.
Prior to joining Denholtz Properties, Janney served as a Senior Property Manager for Greystar where he managed a 1,800 unit portfolio with an occupancy rate of 92% or higher. Greg Brown, Chief Operating Officer at Denholtz Properties stated “As we expand our southeastern multifamily portfolio it is essential that we continue building a property management team that can cultivate an unmatched residential experience across our properties.” Brown added “Derek’s considerable experience in the Southeast and proven ability to implement strategies which drive immediate results will be invaluable as we grow.”
