"Tacoma Area Welcomes Expansion of Indoor Golf Club"

Evergreen Golf Club, founded by former Seahawks player Jermaine Kearse and LIV Tour caddie Greg Bodine, is expanding to a new location in the Tacoma suburb of Fircrest. The 24,000-square-foot space at 2101 Mildred St. W. will open in late September and will be a larger version of their Redmond facility that opened in December 2022.

According to the Puget Sound Business Journal , construction costs for the new facility are estimated at $1 million and it is expected to employ at least 10 people. This expansion marks Evergreen’s second location and it will be the largest indoor golf club in the nation with amenities such as 13 bays, a 7,000-square-foot short game complex, private event rental room,and workspace available for use.
