Marcus & Millichap recently facilitated the sale of a 52,000-square-foot industrial building located at 91 Kuniholm Dr. in Holliston, MA. The property was sold for $2,850,000.

According to Harrison Klein, first VP investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Boston office who represented the seller and procured the buyer (561 Main Street Best LLC), there is high demand for smaller tenant spaces and many interested investors saw potential in renovating this unique building into small-bay/contractor bays.

The buyer plans to renovate the vacant building to cater specifically to smaller tenants. Its prime location near affluent suburbs like Wellesley and Needham makes it suitable for recreational uses such as gymnastics studios or private gyms. Evan Koogler of Kelleher and Sadowsky assisted with leasing for the seller during this transaction.
