Pillar Commercial and Hall Capital have joined forces to develop a new nine-story office building on 710 S. Watter Road, adjacent to the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel and Convention Center. The Allen Economic Development Corp. is currently reviewing an incentive package for this project, which could cost over $100 million and take 18-24 months to complete.
The development will feature a courtyard with amenities such as pickleball courts and putting greens, as well as 3,500 square feet of retail space.
Both Pillar Commercial and Hall Capital are no strangers to this area of Allen – they have previously acquired One Bethany East and One Bethany West in the past three years, totaling 320,000 square feet of office space on the campus.
Overall,this joint venture marks a significant commitment by these companies towards developing an impressive new addition in the thriving city of Allen.
