Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) has completed Billingsley Company’s International Business Park 18 building, a 242,000 square-foot office project located within the 300-acre master-planned campus in Dallas’ Platinum Corridor. This is AP’s fifth major office project with Billingsley since the 1990s and features a fitness center, conference facilities, tenant lounge and mini mart. GFF served as architect for this construction which also included a 584 space parking garage.
Granger Haussmann of AP expressed excitement to finish their latest endeavor: “We’re excited to finish our fifth major office project with Billingsley and look forward to the business park’s continued growth.” The park currently hosts over 100 businesses and 4,000 employees.
