Choice Hotels International has announced plans to begin construction on a new Everhome Suites in San Antonio, Texas. The project will be developed by Highside Companies and will offer guests an extended-stay experience with fully equipped kitchens, 24-hour laundry facilities, fitness centers, and access to snacks and sundries at the Homebase Market open 24/7.
Located at 619 N Hunt Lane, Everhome Suites San Antonio will feature 115 rooms. It is conveniently situated near Texas Highway 151 and Highway 410 which serves as the city’s beltway connecting to both San Antonio International Airport and Lackland Air Force Base – the sole location for U.S. Air Force enlisted basic military training. The hotel is set to open its doors in November of2025 making it the sixth property under construction in Texas.
