Equity Residential Acquires $108M Atlanta Apartment Asset

Equity Residential recently acquired The Bishop, a 425-unit apartment complex in Sandy Springs, for $108 million. The property was previously owned by a Blackstone affiliate. This purchase is part of Equity Residential’s larger investment strategy in Atlanta, as they have already spent close to $1 billion on four other projects in the city.
