Hudson Interxchange (Hudson IX), a data center provider located at 60 Hudson St. in Lower Manhattan, announced on Tuesday its plans to significantly increase its capacity at the property. The company is currently constructing two new data halls with a total of 2 megawatts of capacity, which will be used to support high-density compute infrastructure for AI applications.
“We are thrilled to bring this additional capacity to the market and expand our current data center white space by an extra 2MW,” said Atul Roy, CEO of Hudson IX. “This expansion is a major milestone for Hudson Interxchange and allows us to accommodate high-density racks that meet the growing demand for AI and machine learning capabilities from emerging digital infrastructure providers.”
The project is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2025.
