Sanford is situated approximately 45 miles southwest of Raleigh.
The site is situated northeast of downtown Sanford and according to the Triangle Business Journal’s report on the application, it also includes plans for an attached retail building measuring 11,000 square feet as well as commercial out parcels on a separate lot spanning 1.38 acres. In total, there will be over 300 parking spaces available between the grocery store and hotel.
