"$33.1M Sale of Retail Center in Pompano Beach"

Pompano Beach Realty recently sold the Palm Aire Marketplace, a popular shopping center in Pompano Beach. The 143,291-square-foot center was purchased by Longpoint Realty for $33.1 million and is almost fully occupied. Presidente Supermarket and dd’s DISCOUNTS have signed new long-term leases, joining other well-known national brands like CVS, Dollar Tree, T-Mobile, Chase Bank and McDonald’s as anchors of the center.

The property was listed for sale by Colliers Harry Blyden and Bastian Schauer from the South Florida Investment Services Team along with Ruben Suarez,Billy Weiser,and Ariel Davis on behalf of Pompano Realty USA LLC.

Located across from The Pomp,a new mixed-use development worth $2 billion that will be built on the former site of Pompano Park racetrack,the property is expected to boost economic growth in the area.The Pomp will include various entertainment options,dining establishments,a hotel,luxury residential units,and retail spaces.It also includes plans to expand and renovate Harrah’s Pompano Beach Casino.This recent transaction marks another successful deal for Connect CRE.
