NRP to Deliver Austin Mixed-Income Project

The NRP Group, along with PointOne Holdings and the Travis County Facilities Corporation (TCFC), have initiated construction on a new mixed-income multifamily development in Austin, Texas. This 328-unit project will provide housing for essential workers, young professionals, and growing families at affordable rates. Half of the units will be reserved for residents earning between 60 to 80 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI).

It offers a variety of one- and two-bedroom apartments designed by architecture firm Lord Aeck Sargent across four stories. The community also includes ample greenspace and outdoor amenities such as a pool, fitness center, cabanas, and games like ping pong and corn hole.
