The first Picklr location in Austin will be located at The Preserve at 620, offering 11 courts and occupying a total of 39,642 square feet. This indoor pickleball franchise is set to open in Fall of 2024 and will provide a variety of amenities such as a full pro shop, private event space, unlimited league play, tournaments, open play opportunities as well as dedicated practice and warm-up areas.
Situated at the address of 8201 N. FM620 in Northwest Austin is The Preserve at 620 – formerly known as Walmart Super Center. It has been redeveloped into approximately mixed-use space measuring up to an impressive size of about225000 square feet which includes two floors for creative office use along with two courtyards for recreational purposes like fitness center with lockers,a putting green,basketball court,and even dog park facilities.
In addition to its upcoming facility in Austin,Picklr also has plans for another location opening soon,in Round Rock Crossing.The company currently operates four other locations within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area.
The lease agreement between Picklr and landlord Vegas Sun LLC was facilitated by Will Majors & Carson Hawley from CBRE representing Picklr while Sean Couey & Jason Steinberg from ECR represented Vegas Sun LLC during negotiations.This marks yet another milestone achievement for the expanding franchise chain that continues to grow across Texas.
