Denham Wolf Real Estate Services, a firm that specializes in advising nonprofit organizations, has recently signed an 11-year lease for 9,253 square feet on the 25th floor of Garment Center’s 520 Eighth Ave. This is not the first time Denham Wolf has occupied space in this building; they initially moved into their current offices totaling at 5,366 square feet back in 2001. However, with significant growth over the years, they have now added an additional space of 3,887 square feet to meet their expanding needs.
The tenant was represented by Christopher Turner and Kate Hrobsky from Denham Wolf’s own team. On behalf of ownership at GFP Real Estate , Matthew Mandell also represented them during negotiations.
According to Mandell: “Denham Wolf saw this as a great opportunity to expand their offices and accommodate for their recent growth.” He further adds: “We are delighted that Paul and his team will continue to be our long-term tenants at our property on Eighth Ave.”
