Trammell Crow is leading a 60-acre development in Allen, which will feature a mix of uses including an H-E-B grocery store. The project will also include office space, restaurants, retail shops and hundreds of apartments. Located at the southeast corner of Custer Road and State Highway 121 in Allen, construction is set to begin later this year.
