Buc-ee’s has announced new details about its upcoming store in the San Antonio area. The company is making progress on its plans to open a 75,000-square-foot store in San Marcos by the end of 2025, with construction set to begin at 3245 N. I-35 in October. The site spans over 22 acres and will be located on the southbound frontage of I-35 near Yarrington Road.
To support this development, Buc-ee’s has received a $4.2 million incentive package from both the city of San Marcos and Hays County. As part of this agreement, construction must start by March 31st, 2025 and be completed within an18-month timeframe.
In other news for Texas developments, PopStroke Entertainment Group is teaming up with Tiger Woods to bring a golf-themed venue to northwest San Antonio later this year.The project will be situated on a3-acre site along Presidio Parkway near Interstate10and Loop1604inthe Landmark development.
