NewQuest has secured leases in both south and northwest Houston for EoS Fitness as part of the brand’s expansion plan across multiple states. The long-term leases have been finalized for two locations, one in Webster and another in northwest Houston, with plans to open both facilities by 2025.
The first location will be a full-service gym with outdoor workout areas at the Center at Baybrook, occupying 53,829 square feet of inline space. This site was previously occupied by Bed Bath Beyond and is located along Interstate 45. NewQuest’s own Christi Vinzant represented the landlord, Kimco Realty.
The second location will also be a full-service gym situated within Easton Commons Plaza in northwest Houston. This facility will occupy 41,013 square feet of inline space that was previously a vacant theater. The plaza is anchored by Kroger and spans over 203,495 square feet along TX-6 in Copperfield trade area. Edge Realty Partners’ Kathy King and Charles Blaschke represented the landlord for this lease.
These new locations are part of EoS Fitness’ strategic expansion plan into existing markets as well as new ones across multiple states.
