Springcoast Capital Partners, a private growth equity firm, has signed a sublease for 4,743 square feet of space at 860 Washington in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District. Located at 860 Washington Street, the firm will occupy part of the sixth floor of the newly constructed 117,230 square foot office building owned by Meadow Partners. CBRE’s Neil King and Zac Price represented Springcoast Capital in successful lease negotiations with the subtenant.
